Alicia Denefe, MBA, MS, LCPC • Director of Client Relations |
 |
An experienced corporate executive, mental health professional and seasoned tri-athlete, Alicia
is the perfect match for ConceiveAbilities as Director of Client Relations. After many years in the
business world, she experienced her own journey through infertility, which led her to personally
investigate egg donation and adoption, ultimately adopting two children. This experience
affected Alicia so profoundly that she returned to graduate school, earning her M.S. in Counseling
and embarking on a new career dedicated to the support of intended parents. It is Alicia’s
sophisticated blend of warmth, understanding and balanced perspective that makes her such
a popular figure in the field of family building. Alicia also holds a B.A. from the University of
Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Loyola University. During her off time, she enjoys running,
reading and spending time with her children. |

Jennifer Wolf, LSW • Director of Case Management |
 |
Having earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Jennifer has worked
in varying capacities within social services for over 15 years. Jennifer brings to ConceiveAbilities
the care and compassion necessary to guide both donors and intended parents through the
complexities of the egg donation process. Having twice donated through ConceiveAbilities,
she now strives to provide the same exceptional level of support that she received, ensuring that donors and recipients alike enjoy a positive, fulfilling experience. One of Jennifer’s priorities is to be a sympathetic ear for both donors and intended parents who often feel uncertain
about sharing this very personal journey with their family or friends. When she’s not working,
Jennifer enjoys participating in dance and theatre, Zen meditation & reading just about anything. |

Cathy Corbett, MA, LPC • National Intake Coordinator |
 |
Cathy’s Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado serves her
well in developing relationships, offering support and insight, and assisting in the process of
egg donation. She has experience supervising other mental health professionals in the field,
and has worked as a mental health professional within a fertility center, counseling intended
parents and screening egg donors. Having worked in a supervisory capacity for many years with
adolescents in residential treatment, Cathy brings an increased sensitivity to the needs of both
patients and professionals navigating the clinical and intensive world of third party reproduction.
In her spare time, Cathy plays competitive tennis, travels as often as she can, reads voraciously
and spends time with her family and friends. |

 |
A Columbia College graduate, Kate has been with ConceiveAbilities since 2006. Often the first
person you’ll speak with as you begin your relationship with our agency, Kate has contact with
both intended parents and donors throughout the process. She feels that this consistency is
incredibly beneficial for everyone involved. “Knowing each person and helping tailor the cycle
to them and their needs is something that truly sets ConceiveAbilities apart,” Kate believes.
“It’s the personal touch that means as much to us as it does to our clients.” She maintains the
donor database and is assistant case manager. Kate loves traveling, biking, going to shows,
and cheering for the Cubs. |

Intended Parents and gestational surrogates couldn’t be more fortunate to have Deb Levy at the helm of ConceiveAbilities’ Surrogacy Program. Deb’s experience within the field of reproductive medicine includes coordinating the care of over 50 gestational surrogates per year, counseling hundreds of couples experiencing infertility, assessing egg donors and surrogates, patient advocacy and managing support groups, workshops, and retreats. Helping couples to cope with the unique stresses of infertility is a primary focus of her work. Deb works tirelessly as a member of several distinct advisory boards and has published and lectured on topics ranging from egg donor screening, gestational surrogacy, coping with stress, marital stability during infertility, and helping children understand third party reproduction.
