Requirements for Becoming a Surrogate Mother in Florida

While we appreciate the desire to help others become parents, there are several factors that must be taken into consideration in order to qualify for our surrogacy program in Florida. Requirements include:

  • Must be 21-39 years old
  • Have a BMI (body mass index) between 18-34
  • Cannot be underweight (<100 pounds)
  • Have no history of gastric bypass
  • Have given birth to and are currently raising at least 1 child
  • Not currently receiving government financial support
  • Must provide OB/GYN records and a clearance letter
