Complimentary Consultation
Consultation, 30 days of online access to ConceiveAbilities donor candidates and personalized matching support
Program Fee Schedule
Donor Retainer: $350
Due upon donor reservation
Agency Coordination Fee: $4750
If egg donor is NOT approved to begin a cycle based on her initial medical evaluation by your fertility specialist, you will be entitled to a 60% refund of this fee or it may be applied to the selection of another egg donor.
Compensation for Egg Donor: $5,000 - $10,000
ConceiveAbilities adheres to egg donor compensation guidelines as recommended by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Egg Donor's Administrative Fee: $1150
Includes Egg Donor’s psychological assessment, standardized psychological testing, limited background check, legal representation, insurance policy for cycle complications, management of trust account and donor tax forms.
Additional Fees May Include
Recruitment Premium: $700
Applies for the additional marketing efforts for hard to recruit and exceptional donors.
Set Up for Secondary Clinic Monitoring/Testing: $500
International Client: $500
Travel for Out-of-Town Egg Donor
If you select a donor who must travel long distance, you will be responsible for her airfare, companion airfare for retrieval, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, remote ultrasound and blood work, and $75 per diem stipend during cycling. Combined expenses usually range from $3000-$6000. We require an escrow deposit of $5000 at the start of the match. If expenses total more than $5000, you will be billed at a later time. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Donors residing less than 75 miles from the IVF center are only provided car service when based on need.
Intended Parent Legal Representation
Independent legal representation by an attorney experienced in third party reproduction is a requirement for Intended Parents. ConceiveAbilities can provide a list of attorneys with experience. Intended Parents are responsible for their individual attorney’s fees.
Associated Medical Costs
Any and all medical services after donor selection including, but not limited to physician consults, laboratory, all medications required for cycling, IVF and other medical costs associated with the egg donation procedures are provided by your fertility center and/or the fertility center monitoring your egg donor. Please contact the fertility center for such fees. In cases of traveling donor matches and for confidentiality purposes, the agency will bill the intended parents directly for monitoring costs and other tests as ordered by your physician.
PROGRAM FEE POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Upon reserving a donor, Intended Parents pay a retainer program fee. If a donor is deemed medically inappropriate after initial evaluation, Intended Parents may apply fee already paid toward the selection of another donor or request a refund of 60% of the Agency Coordination Fee. While ConceiveAbilities carefully estimates all expenses, costs can fluctuate, and additional fees may apply. Fee Agreement has full terms and conditions. Fees subject to change.
