Illinois Surrogacy: Growing Your Family

The decision to proceed with gestational surrogacy is extremely personal and complex. Once you have decided to pursue surrogacy, ConceiveAbilities will make the process as smooth as possible. We will match you with an outstanding surrogate mother who meets your expectations and will help guide you through every step of the gestational surrogacy process.

Illinois Surrogacy Program Benefits

Our Illinois surrogacy program offers many advantages for intended parents and surrogates. Attentive care, access to local resources and less travel time are just a few of the benefits. Intended parents can also reduce their surrogacy costs significantly by choosing a surrogate who will not need airfare and hotel expenses for visits to a local Illinois fertility center.

Illinois Surrogacy Laws

The state of Illinois has one of the most surrogacy-friendly laws in the nation; second only to California, which uses case law. The Illinois Gestational Surrogacy Act, passed in 2005, helped streamline the surrogacy process, making it less complicated and much easier for both the intended parents and surrogates. However, Illinois surrogacy law only pertains to gestational surrogacy agreements, not traditional surrogacy agreements. Visit our Illinois Surrogacy Law page to learn more.
