When are fees due?

Fees are due in two (2) stages:

  • Stage 1: The $2,500 Pre-Approval Fee is due once the Intended Parent(s) are notified the donor has confirmed she is available for matching. This typically occurs within one business day of the Donor’s reservation on the database. This fee of $2,500 is non-refundable, but may apply to up to three (3) donors.

What if the donor does not achieve medical clearance from the clinic, or the cycle is cancelled prior to the donor's injection start date?

  • The Professional Fee and unused donor fees will roll-over to the selection of a new donor.
